Refund Policy

Quality and customer satisfaction are very important to us! If you’re not completely satisfied, please let us know and we’ll make every effort to fulfill your request.

Most Identification Plates products are custom-made for specific applications.  However, as a service to our customers, we offer a credit (within 6 months of order shipment) of up to 50% of the original net prices for returns, $500 max.  Freight is not included in the credit. Please contact us at if you’d like to receive a return shipping label.

All exchanges are sent out via ground UPS shipping. If you need it sooner, contact us to arrange for express options. Please allow 5-7 days for processing on all returns and in-stock exchanges. We will notify you if a requested item is not available.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

The total price of your refund may vary from the listed price of the item based on any discounts or taxes applied to the original order. At this time, we can not provide refunds for orders lost or stolen in transit.  Contact us to make arrangements for re-delivery.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
